Modernizing a Wood-Frame Residence Overlooking the Golf Course
The client sought a complete interior overhaul to modernize the home. Key requirements included opening up the living space, fully renovating all bathrooms, designing a main kitchen open to both the dining and living areas, and expanding the main staircase to create a luxurious ascent to the master bedroom overlooking the golf course.
Custom Construction, Light-Filled Layouts & Patio Design
The renovation began with a complete interior strip-out down to the bare wood frame shell. Complex structural modifications were executed to open up the floor plan, requiring load transfer adjustments and new foundation work. The main staircase was widened, all bathrooms were fully renovated, and an open-concept kitchen was seamlessly integrated into the main dining and living areas.
