The client wanted to create fine city living within a custom home. Key goals included updating the rooftop pool above the main living area, updating the kitchen to include casual dining, and creating a personal library.
Key Features & Architectural Details
Rooftop Pool & Lighting: The rooftop pool with an acrylic bottom serves as a skylight to flood the living space with natural light while forming the ceiling for the dining hallway. Installed a floating light diffuser above the dining room to create a floating water element over the table, along with dedicated lighting beneath the acrylic pool to highlight artwork.

A fine city residence centered around a unique rooftop acrylic pool element. The project successfully highlights artwork and dining spaces through light features while providing comfortable areas for casual dining and reading.
