A Lower Mainland to Whistler Retirement Transition
D & C had owned and enjoyed their Whistler townhome for several years while living full-time in the Lower Mainland and visiting Whistler on weekends and holidays. As they planned to spend more time in Whistler, they felt the time was right to renovate.
They wanted to make the home more comfortable, with particular attention to improving the kitchen and guest rooms for visiting children and house guests.
Integrated Design-Build Renovation & Scope in Whistler
Scope of Work: Full-service Design, Pre-Construction, Planning, Permitting, and Construction execution.
Kitchen Overhaul: Installed a new island and high-quality appliances, including double wall ovens built for large family gatherings.
Bathroom Transformations: Completed a down-to-the-studs remake of both the Primary Bathroom and Guest Bathroom.
Interior Finishes: Added new hardwood flooring, custom built-in cabinetry/millwork, modern fixtures, and sleek glass railings.
Mechanical Systems: Updated heating and plumbing systems for improved efficiency and year-round comfort.
