Lower Mainland clients sought to elevate the finish and everyday comfort of their Whistler property to support extended stays, local mountain recreation (skiing, golfing, outdoor sports), and hosting family and friends.
A primary focus was a complete functional overhaul of the kitchen, including premium appliance upgrades—which became urgent when their refrigerator failed during the permit planning phase.

Our design-build team executed full-service delivery from initial conceptual design and pre-construction planning through active construction:
• Custom Kitchen Upgrade: Installed premium integrated appliances alongside a custom-built coffee station tailored to the exact specifications of the clients' preferred coffee machine.
• Living & Media Spaces: Updated the media room and primary sitting areas with custom architectural millwork, new flooring, and a redesigned fireplace complete with a custom surround and mantel.
• Interior Enhancements: Executed bathroom renovations, custom tile and countertop installations, updated plumbing fixtures, fresh paint, and modern lighting controls.
