A Forever Home in Squamish
Local Squamish residents reached out to have us build their forever Squamish custom home, tailored specifically to their needs and location. Working in collaboration with the homeowners' architect, key priorities included maximizing the panoramic views, creating an open kitchen and dining area to entertain guests, a private primary suite with natural light, and an outdoor living area.
Custom Home Construction & Energy-Efficient Building
We built a fully custom home featuring an open kitchen and dining space. The primary suite and bath were constructed with a glass-enclosed waterfall shower, expansive windows to maximize natural daylight, and a sliding door for privacy. Adjacent to the indoor dining and kitchen areas, we built an outdoor patio space for entertaining.
The home utilized prefabricated B.C. Passive House wall and roof panels, resulting in a highly energy-efficient home.
Mountain Living with Views Up and Down the Valley
The completed residence offers a functional balance of everyday living and space for entertaining. The open layout, outdoor living area and light-filled primary suite take advantage of the surrounding setting.
The home captures the grandeur of the surrounding natural landscape, with magnificent view corridors up and down the valley.
