The obvious central feature of this custom home is the fantastic rooftop pool with an acrylic bottom that acts as the dining area hallway ceiling. The kitchen was reworked, which now provides an elegant bar area for casual dining. Creating a personal library was another fun aspect of this project.
Notable features included a “floating light” diffuser above the dining room which doubles down on the pool feature to create what appears to be a floating water element over the dining room table. Adding art lighting beneath the acrylic pool provided a great lighting affect that highlights the artwork while not taking away from the extraordinary pool.
