The owners of this incredible 3 story home wanted a complete renovation. The main objective was to convert unused crawl space into a mudroom, a new laundry/powder room, and an owner's lock off storage and media room.
An unused closet on the main floor was converted into a mini bar with a built-in wine fridge. All wall railings were replaced for glass railings, allowing natural light to access previously darker, confined areas.
All existing dark posts and beams were refreshed with a light and more contemporary finish. The stone fireplace was replaced with a floor-to-ceiling ledge stone veneer and the 2 way fireplace was replaced with a larger, modern unit.
All millwork and countertops, wood flooring, paint, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, doors, baseboards, and trims were replaced. All furniture, window treatments, and décor items were also sourced by our team.
